
Artisan baking of flatbread, Norway’s national bread, with yellow pea and potato and the sweet and crispy cinnamon flavoured biscuit, is an old craftsmanship and important heritage in Norwegian culinary history and culture. Where to buy in Norway
We deliver our products to ASKO Norway. The products are in the optional range. They will be found in Norgesgruppen, CC Mat at Gjøvik, Lillehammer and Hamar, Coop and REMA 1000. In addition, they are available in many fine foods and delicatessen shops.
The products from the bakery are not gluten free.

Holmen Crisp lager glutenfritt mjøl i mølla på Kapp. Jytte serien består av Arv, 5 Slag, Fibra og Teff samt en frokost flakes.
Holmen Crisp baker tradisjonelle Erterflatbrød, Potetflatbrød og Rømmebrød på Toten.
Jyttemjøl er enkelt å arbeide med. Melet opprører seg som hvetemel men absorberer mer veske.
